We have a limited team in our office and warehouse and visitors are only allowed into our premises with an appointment.
If you are collecting your order from our London office, please book an appointment before making your journey to avoid unneccessary delays.
We thank you for your patience and understanding.
Turnaround times are 1-2 working days from order placement to despatching/collecting of orders.
The turnaround time applies to
Express/Next Day delivery options aswell.
We advise customers to place orders earlier than normal as most delivery companies have relaxed
their delivery timescales and are taking longer to deliver parcels.
