We offer you a no quibble 21 day money back guarantee on goods starting from the day after you take delivery of them (which is beyond the EU Distance Selling Directive & Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 requirement of 14 days). All we ask is that the goods are returned unused, in its original packaging with tags, along with a copy of the original invoice, to ensure refunds are processed on a timely basis . The following procedure should be followed:

Please contact us on [email protected] and provide the following information - your full details and invoice number, and why you wish to return the goods. You will then be issued with a refund authorisation number, which you need to send with the returned goods.

You have a legal 'duty of care' in respect of the goods returned and liable for the expense of returning them. We recommend that you use recorded delivery or obtain 'proof of posting' as this may be required in case of parcels going missing in the postal system. Please mark the parcel 'returns' and package the goods neatly.

We try to make refunds within one week of receipt, but guarantee to make all refunds within 14 calendar days from receipt of goods. Please note that we will not be liable for any interest payments as refunds may fall outside debit/credit card timescales.

Exchanged Items - Customers will be liable for P&P on any replacement items. This will range from £2.99 to £3.99 (max), depending on the weight of the parcel.

Free Delivery - where you have opted for 'Free Delivery' option (based on the value of the order), and returned items to bring the total value of purchased items below the free delivery threshold, we reserve the right to apply a 'free delivery charge' fee against the value of returned items.

SHORT OR DAMAGED GOODS
Goods that are either faulty/damaged or short in quantity must be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery. This may be done either by phone or e-mail. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by the above conditions.

Health & Safety
Certain products such as socks, tights, mouthguards, swimming clothing & accessories, and any under garments cannot be exchanged due to Health & Safety reasons. If you have any queries relating to these products, then please give us a call or contact us prior to purchase.
